Patrick is the main industrial contact for both corporate occupiers such as Arla Foods (UK) Ltd, together with property owners and developers such as Prologis, Kier Property and Rugby Estates Plc.

Prior to being a founding Partner of BrayFoxSmith, Patrick was a Director in the National Industrial & Logistics Department at DTZ, following their take-over of Donaldsons in 2007 where he was head of Industrial Agency & Development.

Patrick provides advice to property companies and funds in respect of investments and multi-let estates and has also acted for local authorities in providing advice on various acquisitions and disposals of both industrial and office accommodation.

Patrick was born in Essex in November 1964. He lives in Leigh on Sea and has done so for all of his 44 years. He married Sam 15 years ago, which made the congregation chuckle somewhat when they realised that they had all witnessed Sam Fox getting married! They have three sons Callum, Tristan and Noah who are now 20, 13 and 9 respectively.

Patrick’s interests include cooking, golf, tennis, squash and all kinds of motorsport. He has recently started racing motocross again, something he used to do when he was a much younger man, and is discovering muscles that have not been used for some 20 years or so.
