Atlantis Medicare Picks Building 6 At Croxley
Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a deal with Atlantis Medicare Plas Eleri Ltd for 1,429 sq ft at Building 6, Croxley Green Business Park.
Atlantis Medicare has taken suite 3 on a 5 year lease at a rental of £21.00 per sq ft.
Bray Fox Smith have also agreed deals with Johnson Control, Moore Stephens LLP, engineering giant Emerson Electric Ltd, facilities management specialist Servest Group Ltd and Succeed Consulting Limited. Other tenants include Millipore UK Ltd, Laserfiche Services UK and Whyte International.
Croxley Green Business Park is home to over 60 companies and 3000 employees, located in over 75 acres of landscaped grounds.
