Bray Fox Smith, on behalf of Well Trade Services Ltd, has disposed of a self-contained warehouse and industrial development at Media Park in Barking for £1.9 million.
40a/b River Road, Media Park in Barking has been acquired by Vecta Group. The property, which was vacant at the point of sale, forms part of a large and well-established industrial area on River Road, approximately a mile from the junction with the A13.
