Bray Fox Smith has advised Montreux on its acquisition of a 10,600 sq ft office building in Reigate for £2.8 million. Liberty House is a freehold office building with vacant possession, which Montreux plans to convert to residential use, once planning consent has been granted.
Located at 105 Bell Street in the centre of Reigate, the property is a three storey building constructed in the late 1980s. It sits on a 0.40 acre site with 40 car parking spaces and is close to town centre amenities with views over Reigate Park.
