Bromak Choose Refurbished 28 Clarendon Road In Watford

Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a five year lease with leading recruitment consultancy Bromak Ltd for 1,490 sq ft of offices at 28 Clarendon Road in Watford, at a rental of £21 per sq ft.

28 Clarendon Road, which provides 20,000 sq ft of energy efficient, Grade A space was the first fully refurbished office development in Watford since 2005. International consultancy and construction firm Mace took 4,912 sq ft last year on a 10 year lease at a rental of £20 per sq ft. Three floors are now let with 10,002 sq ft remaining.

Paul Smith of Bray Fox Smith comments, “This is a good headquarters building in a prime position in Watford. The specification is extremely high with excellent energy efficiency, there is a great deal of interest in the remaining floors.”
