Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a lease re-gear with ProTech Recruitment Ltd at Grovelands, Boundary Way in Hemel Hempstead.
ProTech has signed a 5 year lease, with tenant only break at 3 years for a first floor suite comprising 1,854 sq ft. The company specialises in placing people within the electronics, mechanical, engineering and computer industries and is paying £13.48 per sq ft or £25,000 per annum, with 6 months rent free.
Grovelands Business Centre is a low density development of eight high quality office buildings comprising 33,463 sq ft.
