Croxley Green Business Park Attracts GBST
Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a deal with financial technology specialist GBST to move into 7,000 sq ft at Building 3, Croxley Green Business Park.
Financial technology specialist GBST has relocated from Building 5 into 6,877sq ft in Building 3. The company has signed a 10 year lease, with a break at 5 years, at a rental of £21.00 per sq ft.
This facilitated one of the most significant lettings on the park in recent years to pharmaceutical company, Smith & Nephew who have now taken the whole Building 5 circa 60,000sq ft.
Croxley Green Business Park is home to over 60 companies and 2,500 employees, located in over 75 acres of landscaped grounds.
