Designer Contracts Signs Up For Legal & General’s Viper Scheme In Romford
Legal & General and Canmoor, advised by Bray Fox Smith, have agreed a 15 year lease with Designer Contracts Ltd for a 14,940 sq ft unit at Ashton Road in Romford in Essex. This is the second pre-let at the three unit scheme known as Viper, as Autoglass also signed a 15 year lease last year.
Designer Contracts Ltd has taken Unit 3 on a 15 year lease, without a break, at £9.50 per sq ft with 12 months rent free.
Autoglass signed for Unit 1 at £9.00 per sq ft with twelve months rent free, at the end of last year. On the back of the Autoglass pre-let, Legal & General/Canmoor decided to speculatively develop two further units. All three units will be completed by March 2015 and are located just off the A12, between B & Q and Trade City Romford.
