Fairview Acquires Former Aircraft Manufacturing Site For Redevelopment In Sunbury-on-Thames
Bray Fox Smith has advised Fairview Homes on the purchase of a 2.07 acre site in Sunbury-on-Thames in Middlesex for £5.5 million. The former Page Aerospace site is only 300 metres from the River Thames and provides Fairview with a rare freehold opportunity and redevelopment potential.
