Hamilton Fraser Insurance Chooses Columbia Threadneedle’s Premiere And Lumiere House Borehamwood
Hamilton Fraser Insurance has signed a new lease for 21,416 sq ft at Columbia Threadneedle’s Premiere House complex in Borehamwood. Bray Fox Smith has agreed a 10 year lease for the entire first floors of adjoining buildings Premiere House and Lumiere House.
Hamilton Fraser is taking 12,254 sq ft in Premiere House and 9,162 sq ft in Lumiere House. The insurance company is paying £18.50 per sq ft and £21.00 per sq ft respectively. There is a tenant only break at 5 years with 7 month rent penalty.
Columbia Threadneedle has undertaken a substantial refurbishment of both buildings to include new receptions and high quality finishes throughout. The complex is already home to major occupiers including VPS Limited, Redsquid, Fraser Hart, Mediterranean Growers and Enterprise Finance. It is located close to Junction 23 of the M25 and Elstree Trade Park.
