The challenge:
Our challenge was to assist ITV in the disposal of five surplus properties and minimise the media company’s property exposure.
The solution:
An initial review of the properties highlighted the need for clearer and more in-depth information on each of the buildings ahead of them coming to the market. In collaboration with Morgan Lovell, we put together a full information pack for prospective purchasers and used this as the platform for an extensive marketing campaign including the creation of a website – “Way2Work”.
The result:
The sales campaign generated substantial interest from the investment/development community and all five properties were sold at or above their book value.
