Legal & General and Canmoor, advised by Bray Fox Smith, have completed the construction all three units at its Viper scheme, Ashton Road in Romford. Only Unit 2, comprising 12,953 sq ft, is available to rent following lettings to Autoglass and Designer Contracts Ltd.

Bray Fox Smith secured a 15 year lease with Autoglass at £9.00 per sq ft and twelve months rent free. This was the first pre-let to take place on the Harold Hill Industrial Estate for over 6 years and led Legal & General/Canmoor to speculatively build two further adjacent units.

Designer Contracts Ltd also signed a 15 year lease on Unit 3 at £9.50 per sq ft with 12 months rent free.

Unit 2 comprises 10,960 sq ft of warehouse space at ground floor level and 1,992 sq ft of offices on the first floor. It benefits from full height level access loading door and 8 car parking spaces. The quoting rent is £10.50 per sq ft and the units are located just off the A12, between B & Q and Trade City Romford.
