M&G, advised by Bray Fox Smith and Savills, has agreed a deal with an investment bank for the 5th floor of R+ in Reading.
The tenant, who currently wishes to remain anonymous, has signed a 10 year lease, with tenant only break at 5 years, on 12,567 sq ft. This is the first deal within this Impressive office development, located opposite Reading train station, since completion last year.
R+ provides 104,192 sq ft over 6 spacious floors, from 12,567 to 19,584 sq ft. The building has floor to ceiling windows and roof terraces that offer unrivalled views across Reading. Central London is accessible within 25 minutes and connectivity will be further enhanced when the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) opens.
