Lafarge UK Pension Trustees Limited, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a deal with OAG Aviation Worldwide at Capability Green in Luton, Bedfordshire.

OAG, which provides aviation data for the global passenger, aviation, air cargo logistics and travel and tourism communities, has signed a 10 year lease on 8,577 sq ft at £22 per sq ft, with a tenant break at 5 years. BFS achieved a record rent for the Park.

Capability Green is widely regarded at the leading business park on the M1 corridor and is just two miles from both Junction 10 of the M1 and Luton town centre. The Park extends to 85 acres and provides approximately 1 million sq ft of offices, with additional facilities such as health club and canteen.

Rob Bray of Bray Fox Smith comments, “1 Capability Green has been completely refurbished and we are delighted to have let one of the two floors to OAG, who are an existing tenant on the Park. There is approximately 10,000 sq ft still available.”
