Rob's primary focus is on the development, sale and leasing of commercial, residential and mixed use schemes across the UK.
Rob has over 15 years experience as a commercial property agent in central London on nationwide schemes and retains a role on several developments on the design and leasing strategy.
Prior to setting up BrayMann, which has become BrayFoxSmith, he was head of national development at Cushman & Wakefield and AtisReal.

Rob was born in obscurity in 1970 and is currently 5'11¾". Married to the long-suffering Rachael and has additional responsibility for 22 month old Annie and 2 year old Tilly (Springer Spaniel).
He is an avid cook, enjoys country pursuits, rugby and cricket and has had a photo exhibited at Heathrow. A keen traveller he has seen much of the world but less of it since Annie arrived.
