The solution:

The agents conducted preliminary research on the office spaces available in the West End, matched those with their client needs and narrowed down their choices, to finally secure a floor space in competition.
On behalf of Tribal Fusion, Bray Fox Smith acquired the 3,400 sq ft fifth floor office space at Coin House at 2, Gees Court, just off Oxford Street. The entire process took from 16 October 2009 to 24 December 2009 to finish.

n a short time frame, Bray Fox Smith ensured that it gave its client the best service possible. This office space in the heart of London’s West End is a strategic location for Tribal Fusion’s UK operations and will ensure that the company is prominently positioned in the market.
Bray Fox Smith also negotiated a 17% discount on the rent of a 10 year lease, with a break at year five and 12 months’ rent free. This amounted to total savings of over £250,000 for Tribal Fusion over five years. Tribal Fusion was a very happy customer and Bray Fox Smith proved again that in the West End, they are the right commercial property agents to advice occupiers and landlords in the office sector.
