Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, have successfully let a ground floor suite comprising 5,422 sq ft at 10 Bricket Road, St. Albans on a 5 year lease to BDRC Continental Ltd, the UK’s largest independent market research consultancy.
The building was refurbished in 2013 and the Ground Floor North Wing was let for £117,928 per annum, which is based on £21.75 per sq ft.
The letting to BDRC follows the significant letting to PWC, who signed a 5 year lease on 17,587 sq ft in November last year.

We have progressively secured better terms on each deal ie £20.00 psf rising to £21.75 psf and above, which shows the strength of the St Albans office market and what a good building 10 Bricket Road is”.
