BFS Advises Ashill Developments On Maidenhead Residential Site – Sold To Barratt Homes For Over £15m

Bray Fox Smith has sold a site at Furze Platt in Maidenhead to Barratt Homes for a sum in excess of £15 million, on behalf of Ashill Developments. The 7.5 acre site has planning permission for 116 private residential units, including 84 private homes and 32 affordable apartments.
BFS acquired the site on Ashill’s behalf in early 2012. The site sits within an existing industrial estate, adjacent to a residential area and a redundant industrial unit had been demolished to clear the site.
