Commercial property consultant Vail Williams has agreed a 5 year lease for part of the first floor comprising 1136sq ft, at a rental of £19,312 per annum. Insurance and risk management specialist Arthur J Gallagher has signed a 10 year lease for 2794sq ft on the first floor at a rental of £47,498 per annum.
