East Grinstead Office Building Fully Let
Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has fully let its 130,000 sq ft East Grinstead House office complex in Wood Street, East Grinstead, East Sussex. The Caravan Club, an existing tenant, has expanded its presence in the building and taken an additional 17,105 sq ft on a new lease until 2040 with a break in 2016 at a rent of £160,650 a year. Simultaneously it has regeared its existing lease on 34,000 sq ft where it will pay £285,000 pa with a break in March 2027. The landlord has also agreed the surrender of part of Reed Business Information’s lease by 12,000 sq ft in Block B which it subsequently let to Faversham House Group. FHG has taken the two floors on a new letting for 10 years with a break in January 2018 at approximately £107,000 a year. Neither the Caravan Club or Reed Business Information were advised.
