Farnham’s Millennium Centre Attracts Handelsbanken
Bray Fox Smith, on behalf of Threadneedle Investments Ltd, has signed a new 10 year lease with European full service bank Handelsbanken, for 1,660 sq ft within M1 at the Millennium Centre in Farnham, Surrey.
Handelsbanken has taken the 2nd floor east wing at M1 on a 10 year lease, with 5 year break and rent review, at £19.50 per sq ft with 12 months rent free. The rental equates to £32,370 per annum.
The Millennium Centre is a prestige office development within walking distance of Farnham town centre. Completed in the 1990s, it comprises four self-contained office buildings. M1 has undergone an extensive refurbishment and provides 7,415 sq ft of office space and 46 car parking spaces.
