HCA Signs Up To Waterfront In Elstree
Columbia Threadneedle, has agreed a deal with HCA for Beaufort House, Waterfront Business Park in Elstree, Hertfordshire.
HCA has signed a 15 year lease, with 15 months rent free and tenant only break at year 10, for the entire building comprising 13,231 sq ft. The tenant is paying £284,467 per annum, which equates to £21.50 per sq ft. The tenant has secured a change of use to convert Beaufort House to a clinic
The Waterfront Business Park in Elstree, Hertfordshire comprises three office buildings providing space between 7,685 sq ft and 36,005 sq ft. The Park has been extensively refurbished over the last few years and is home to Lombard, Lovell Partnership, Michels & Taylor, Traffilog, Nuasive and Anderson Daymon. It is located thirteen miles north of London and only four miles from the M1 motorway and A1(M).
