Global technology firm Integrated Research has taken part of the ground floor, comprising 2,459 sq ft, at Aviva Investors’ The Atrium in Uxbridge. Bray Fox Smith has negotiated a 5 year lease, with 3 year break, at a rental of £24.00 per sq ft. This latest letting leaves only 14,285 sq ft of refurbished space available at this high profile central Uxbridge office building.

Aviva appointed Bray Fox Smith to market 26,139 sq ft of refurbished space with quoting rents at £26.50 per sq ft. Nutrition company Herbal Life signed a 10 year lease on 16,744 sq ft last year.
