Bray Fox Smith has agreed a deal with JGC Corporation (UK) for the 4th Floor, North Wing at 3 Hyde Park in Hayes, on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle.
Global engineering giant JGC Corporation (Ltd) has taken 4,075 sq ft on a 5 year lease, with three months rent free.
Richard Harding at Bray Fox Smith comments, “Columbia Threadneedle is investing significantly in the scheme and we are currently marketing 19,070 sq ft, at a quoting rent of £21.50 per sq ft.”
