Waldmann Lighting has taken a 10 year lease, with mutual break option in June 2019, for 5,300 sq ft of a high tech unit at a rent of £11.00 psf. Millfield House comprises 10 self-contained units with first floor offices and ground floor storage, workshop or additional offices.
