Office Double letting for MEPC in Basingstoke

MEPC has secured a double office letting at its Chineham Park in Basingstoke, once again proving that the business park reigns supreme in the north Hampshire town.
IT company Micro P has taken 17,500 sq ft on the scheme’s Elmwood complex while Sanden International is moving from the next door Hampshire International Business Park to take 4,320 sq ft in the Rosewood building. Both deals are on 10-year terms at rents of £17 and £16.50 a sq ft respectively.
