Olive Oil Producer And Distributor Felipo Berio Chooses Threadneedle’s Premiere House Borehamwood
One of the most established brands in the olive oil market, Felipio Berio, has signed a 10 year lease at Threadneedle’s Premiere House in Borehamwood. Bray Fox Smith has agreed the new lease for part of the second floor comprising 3,422 sq ft, at a rental of £63,500 per annum, which equates to £18.56 per sq ft, with 18 months rent free.
Threadneedle has undertaken a substantial refurbishment of Premiere House which includes a new reception with canopied entrance and high quality finishes throughout. The complex is already home to major occupiers including VPS , Redsquid, Fraser Hart, Mediterranean Growers and Enterprise Finance.
Premiere House has an appeal to both small and large companies. It has the capability of accommodating requirements of 3,000 sq ft upwards on flexible lease terms, with up to 12,000 sq ft in Premiere House, or 26,500sq ft in ‘Lumiere’ which is currently undergoing major refurbishment and will be available in early 2015. It is located close to Junction 23 of the M25 and opposite the new Elstree Trade park.
