Bray Fox Smith has agreed a deal on behalf of Mapeley Estates, with Reed Elsevier to take 9,764 sq ft of office accommodation at Dukes Court in Woking.
Anglo-Dutch publishing and information specialists Reed Elsevier, has agreed a 6 year lease for 9,764 sq ft on the 4th floor in Block A, at a rental of £25 per sq ft, with 15 months rent free.
Dukes Court is a Landmark office building located close to Woking train station and the town’s retail amenities. It provides 220,000 sq ft of refurbished, air conditioned office accommodation, plus a separate building of 5,600 sq ft and onsite parking for 420 cars. The development includes an all weather artificial tennis court/football pitch, bicycle racks, adjoining gym and paved seating areas.
