Threadneedle has launched two refurbished office buildings today (7 November) at Peregrine Business Park in High Wycombe, reports Bray Fox Smith, joint agent on the Park with Stupples Chandler Garvey. Mallard House provides a self contained building of 5,125 sq ft and Hawk House, which offers floors from 1,381 sq ft to 3,874 sq ft
Paul Smith of Bray Fox Smith comments, “The buildings have been refurbished to a high standard and are available for immediate occupation. Over 40 South East agents attended the breakfast event today and we have been delighted with the response.
“The park is quite unique in that occupiers have taken the chance to acquire their own front door. Out of the 6 buildings only one is multi-let”
Peregrine Business Park is a 6 building campus located two miles from High Wycombe town centre. Threadneedle acquired the Park in 2011 and has undertaken a series of asset management initiatives including these latest refurbishments. The quoting rent for the estate has been set at £18.50 psf
