Bray Fox Smith has agreed a deal on behalf of Commercial Estates Group, with Steinhoff Group UK for 12,800 sq ft of offices at Radius, Crossways Business Park in Dartford. Steinhoff has taken a 5 year lease, with tenant only break at 3 years and is paying £24 per sq ft with 6 months rent free.
BFS advised Commercial Estates Group on its acquisition of the 38,784 sq ft building, originally known as Meridian House, last September. Commerical Estates bought the property from M & G Investments for over £4 million and retained BFS as letting agent. The building has undergone a full refurbishment and is arranged over ground and two upper floors.
Radius has views across Cotton Lake and occupies a prominent position within Crossways Business Park. It is located close to Junction 1 of the M25, next to the Dartford Crossing and provides 208 car parking spaces.
