Threadneedle Acquires Forest Gate In Crawley For £5 M

Bray Fox Smith has advised Threadneedle Property Investments on the acquisition of a £5 million office building in Crawley.
Forest Gate is a 25,069 sq ft detached office building arranged over ground and two upper floors. It is let to KPMG LLP until June 2018 and the purchase price of £5,125,000 reflects a net initial yield of 10.50%.
The property was completed in 1993 and benefits from 126 car parking spaces giving a ratio of 1:198 sq ft.
