Bray Fox Smith, acting on behalf of Threadneedle Investments, has let three more business suites comprising 10,498 sq ft at Croxley Green Business Park. These latest lettings follow hot on the heels of deals with JT Consultancy and Whyte International totalling 7,932 sq ft earlier this month.
Laserfiche Services UK, who provide ECM software solutions, has taken 488 sq ft in Building 6, on a 5 year lease with a five months rent free period, at an annual rent of £10,000 per annum which equates to £20.49 per sq ft.
Shopfittings Direct Ltd provide the latest in retail innovation from design and visual merchandising to shopfit and mannequins, has taken 7,876 sq ft on a 10 year lease, in Building 3, with tenant only break in December 2019 and a 12 months rent free period, at an annual rent of £165,396, equating to £21.00 per sq ft.
And finally Corethree a cutting edge data solution company , who are leaders in m-ticketing technology, has signed a five year lease, also within Building 3, of 2,134 sq ft, with a 9 months rent free period, at an annual rental of £49,100, which equates to £23.00 per sq ft.
