Bray Fox Smith, acting on behalf of Threadneedle Investments, has let two more business suites at Croxley Green Business Park.
JT Consultancy has expanded to now occupy the whole of Abloy House, taking an additional 5968sq ft on a 5 year lease at an annual rent of £58,200 per annum which equates to £9.75 per sq ft. The tenant was given a 9 months rent free period, split as an initial 3 month rent free period, followed by 12 months at half rent.
Pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution company, Whyte International Ltd, has moved their HQ from Finchley. They have taken suite 14 in Building 6, which comprises 1964sq ft on a five year lease at an annual rent of £37,316 per annum, which equates to £19.00 per sq ft.
Building 6 is a courtyard scheme, where each suite benefits from its own front door and signage. It allows smaller, dynamic companies to join the Park community and grow flexibly.
