Bray Fox Smith has acquired new office space in London’s West End for Ascot Lloyd Financial Services.
The company has taken an assignment of the 4th floor at Cavendish House, 11/15 Wigmore Street, comprising 2,631 sq ft, at a rental of £47.75 per sq ft.
Sim Khatkar at Bray Fox Smith comments, “Our client needed to secure flexible new office space in the West End, before an upcoming lease expiry. Our brief was to achieve lease flexibility and limit capital expenditure.
“We managed to secure an off market opportunity for a fully fitted office, with an upfront finance agreement, enabling the premium payment to be spread over three years. Overall we have saved the client £94,000 and they are extremely happy with the new space.”
