Hemel One is an impressive four-storey office building providing 87,794 sq ft of Grade A accommodation. Prominently situated on Boundary Way, it is currently let to 12 office occupiers including Ericsson, KCOM, Kodak, BP and the NHS.
BFS also provided the market report and tenant audit advising on the purchase of nearby Breakspear Park in April.
