Bray Fox Smith has advised Wrenbridge on the acquisition and refurbishment of Albion House in Woking, a 40,000 sq ft office building opposite Woking station.
Albion House comprises 40,000 sq ft of office and retail space across ground and eight upper floors. Work will commence on a comprehensive refurbishment programme in Q4 2015 and will be completed in Q2/Q3 2016. The refurbishment will be to Grade A specification and will include a new re-modelled reception area.
James Shillabeer of Bray Fox Smith comments, “Albion House is the first building you see when you walk out of Woking station and in its present form isn’t very inspiring. Wrenbridge will be creating a building that will be fitting for the gateway to Woking and we expect demand to be high”.
