Bray Fox Smith Agrees New Deal At Charta House Staines

Bray Fox Smith has agreed a new lease with United Vanning, on behalf of Wesleyan Assurance Society, at Charta House in Staines.
United Vanning has signed a new 5 year lease for 2,628 sq ft at a rental of £25 per sq ft, with a 3 year tenant only break.
Charta House is a town centre office development fronting Church Street and adjacent to the Two Rivers retail scheme (Boots, TK Maxx, Waitrose & Virgin Gym).
The scheme provides up to 11,148 sq ft of space with on-site parking and easy access to the M25. It is only 3 miles from London Heathrow, 0.5 miles from Staines mainline railway station and overlooks the River Colne.
