Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith and Vail Williams, has agreed a 10 year reversionary lease with Capita Property & Infrastructure on 21,564 sq ft at East Grinstead House in West Sussex.
Capita has taken part of the ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of Block E at a rental of £215,640 per annum, to commence on 1st July 2015.
East Grinstead House is a major office complex, offering suites of between 4,000 and 23,956 sq ft. Located on Wood Street, immediately adjacent to the town centre, existing occupiers include Reed Information and the Caravan Club.
The available space comprises 6,162 sq ft in Block B and 7,825 sq ft in Block E.
