Dubai World Debt Issue

Several days news on the Dubai World debt issue and many weeks to come no doubt. While the property woes in the Emirate itself are considerable, Dubai World also controls some significant holdings in the UK and the development holdings are generally good quality and likely to show some pre-let activity in the short term. I’ve already given one of my clients in the umbrella of companies a ribbing over when the phones are getting cut off but on a serious note I hope that this doesn’t affect their ability to do deals as there are some great opportunities coming forward in the office and industrial development market.
