Bray Fox Smith and Davies & Co, acting on behalf of Threadneedle Investments (Threadneedle), has agreed a 5 year lease with Olive Business Solutions Ltd for 9,462 sq ft at Colonnades, The Triangle in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Olive are paying a rental of £104,082 per annum at £11 psf, with 15 months rent free.
Threadneedle’s Colonnades is a headquarters office building within The Triangle campus close to Hatfield town centre, The Galleria and just a four minute walk to Hatfield station.
