Wickes 27,000 Sq Ft At Link House Watford
Bray Fox Smith and Stimpsons, acting on behalf of Threadneedle Investments (Threadneedle), has agreed a 15 year lease with Wickes for 27,000 sq ft at Link House in Watford. Wickes is relocating from Harrow and has taken over half of the 43,000 sq ft building, which is situated at 19 Colonial Way Watford, at a rental of £455,000 per annum.
The building can be divided into two self-contained wings and with the letting to Wickes, Threadneedle now plans to refurbish the remaining 16,000 sq ft wing ready for occupation towards the end of 2014.

Link House has always proven popular with occupiers because of its close proximity to Junction 5 of the M1 and the fact it is only a 10 minute walk to Watford Junction train station. Previous tenants include Olympus and GTech.”
