Paul’s main experience is in the leasing of office accommodation in the South East of England, although he has evolved into an advisor in the investment and development arena over the last 10 years. Paul has created a unique advisory role, by putting together his experience in the occupational and investment markets.

Paul has over 20 years experience as an office agent and has retained work for several major investors and occupiers.

Prior to setting up BrayFoxSmith, he spent 12 years at Weatherall Green and Smith before joining Donaldsons in July 2002 to establish them as a Business Space force in the south east and was promoted to equity partner in July 2005 and was part of the purchase by DTZ in July 2007.

Other Stuff about Paul

Paul was born in Batley, West Yorkshire in November 1965, but has now lived down south for longer than he lived up north to be considered a true northerner.

Paul is 6’2 ½ inches and would like to get back under 15 stone, but thinks he is too close to 50 to be able to. He married Lorna in Las Vegas in May 1999 and they have since had 2 boys, Matthew and Adam, who are now at secondary school. The whole family are Arsenal fans and enjoy most home games.

His interests are skiing, golf, squash and football. Now he can no longer play, he watches Arsenal as much as possible and gets to the Emirates for most home games. Strange team to support for a northerner, but he lived in Highbury for 11 years and the west stand was actually at the bottom of his garden. He also loves classic/group 1 horse racing.

Paul was a former chairman of the Office Agents Society in 1999/2000.
